Who I am.
About Me
Hi, I’m Dinesh, a UX designer with a background in graphic and fashion design. This diverse experience brings a unique creative perspective to user-centered problem-solving. Over the years, I’ve led UX research and strategy in fast-paced environments, contributing to GDS projects through a design agency and within a public sector organisation. I’ve also played a key role in driving UX adoption during a digital transformation.
My Approach to UX
I believe that great design starts with a deep understanding of real user needs. That’s why I leverage frameworks like Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) to uncover what users are trying to accomplish, their pain points, and the context in which they operate. This structured, user-centered approach ensures that the solutions I design are not only functional but transformative—helping users achieve their goals while aligning with business needs.
A Blend of Creativity & Strategy
With 15 years of design experience, my work spans:
✅ Graphic design
✅ Music artwork & branding
✅ Paper & textile screen printing
✅ Fashion design
✅ Website & app design
This diverse skill set allows me to approach UX challenges from multiple angles, fostering innovation and inclusive design solutions that work for everyone.
Creating Inclusive & Accessible Experiences
I have a strong passion for inclusive and accessible design (WCAG), ensuring that the digital experiences I create are usable by all, regardless of ability. Accessibility isn’t an afterthought—it’s a fundamental part of my design process
Collaboration & Vision
I work closely with clients to translate their vision into meaningful experiences, balancing user needs with business objectives. My goal? To craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs that drive real progress for users and create a lasting impact.
Let’s design something great together! 🚀
